Open Question: How often can I use baking soda to whiten my teeth?

Last night, my friend told me that I could use baking soda bleach teeth, so I tried, my teeth look a little better (they are yellow … and at least for me, them). Now I would like to know if I use it every day, until I saw the results, or once a week? Thanks!
